56x54x20cm, 2026, Beech, Elm and London Plane

A means of highlighting the textures, colours and journey of a piece of Beech salvaged from the mud of a saw mill. The piece has been cleaned, oiled and raised on small pieces of relaimed London Plane on an Elm slab to elevate the inherent character of the wood.
