Art Night x Battersea Primary SchoolsJune 2018
A project exploring our relationship to nature and ambitions for the city, part of Art Night 2018.
Using the slogan of the British Interplanetary Society “From Imagination… to Reality” as a starting point, 150 students from the Battersea, Nine Elms and Clapham area explored their relationship to nature and their future selves through philosophical inquiry, created artwork for an imagined album on 12” vinyl covers, explored different music histories and made ‘space rock’ songs with their written ideas acting as the lyrics.
The students songs were performed live by professional musicians as part of Art Night 2018.
