The term 'Fell' is Cumbrian dialect for the expanses of high, uncultivated, common grazing land where I grew up.

Imagined landscapes, conjured up from memory, of no particular place but informed by lots of places that act as an invitation for the viewer to recall forgotten landscapes, real or imagined. Colours are chosen to reference the palettes encountered every day as well as disrupting bombastic human proclamations of 'capturing nature'.
